For the past several months work has been going on behind the scenes to develop an upgraded experiences for our law enforcement partners and on December 1, we will officially launch the new platform. For current agency partners, we will move all of your current data over and will be emailing you directly with further details on Monday, November 24th. The new platform will grow our current offerings, and include the following modules:

 

• Agency Recruiting: Similar to the workflow you're familiar with, but upgraded features, more user friendly experience and increased reporting & data export functions.

• Applicant Performance: The ability upload applicants into the system and track performance through the hiring process. This includes the ability for applicants to login using their email address and view their scores, sign up for available dates/times for events, digitally sign waivers, get automated notifications and more. Admins can also track scores, send notifications, and easily view all applicants, their statuses and data dashboards all in real time.

• Training: Here admins can set up a training library of courses, schedule courses, assign staff or open the course so users can sign up for dates/times that work with their schedule. Agency staff can view their training records and view built in dashboards tracking their annual hours. In addition, sign in sheets are replaced by a fully mobile friendly digital signature feature. Plus the ability to make courses you're hosting available to other agencies to register through your portal.

• Agency Staff: Keep track of agency staff all in a single location. From shift assignments, assigned supervisors, radio numbers, badge numbers, emergency contacts, and more.

• FTO Management: One of our most exciting features which will launch early 2026. A module dedicated to centralized all field training documentation in one easy to use online portal with built in permissions allowing staff and trainees to only see records associated with them.​ The ability to fully customize Daily Observation Report (DOR) categories/proficiencies.
