With a Recruiter Pro account, visitors to your Agency Profile can submit their contact information directly to your staff through our contact management system. When a user submits a Recruiting Contact Card, the information is automatically saved and they get a personalized automated email, confirming their information has been sent. The Recruiting Contact Card includes the candidate's:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Home City/State
- Phone #
- Preferred Career Paths
- Referred From (How the found your agency, i.e. Facebook, Recruiting Event, LinkedIn..)
- Option to add a message for recruiting staff
This information is then visible by agency admins/recruiters.
When a user completes a Recruiting Contact Card for your agency, they automatically get a pesonalized email from the system and their contact details become available on your Leads screen. From the Leads screen you can search and view all contacts linked to your agency. For each contact you can:
- Edit/modify data
- Assign contact to a specific staff member, when then automatically emails that staff member the details for the contact
- Add internal notes which are time/date stamped and linked to a specific user who entered them
