Our officers are the face of the department and are responsible for keeping the community of Denver safe. The ability to accomplish this mission is based on the journey that an applicant takes as they become a Denver police officer. It is a transition during which a recruit learns more about who they are, while also realizing that they must become a part of a team and serving the community of Denver is the priority.
