The Police Records Supervisor acts as a first line supervisor who supervises components of the Records Section operations; schedules staff; evaluates performance of personnel; processes City license applications (e.g., security guard and pawn broker); completes NIBRS coding for the RMS agencies; conducts quality control checks; transcribes dictated police reports; processes written reports, forms, and documents, verifying that all necessary information is included on the forms; responds to inquiries and requests for service from the public and department personnel; enters, maintains, confirms and completes quality control reviews of warrant records for Greeley, Weld County as well as surrounding municipal agencies.
