Agency Profiles: Through our platform, law enforcement agencies can create a free Agency Profile. Your agency profile includes: # of employees, jurisdiction size, promotional images, agency highlights, recruiting contacts, and most importantly, agency tags. Agency tags are specific benefits, working groups, specializations, and other details that make your agency unique. We then use these agency tags so candidates can search for agencies that match their career aspirations and the agency benefits that matter most to them. For example, a user could search for an agency using the agency tags: Less than 200 staff, 12-Week Paid Parental Leave, On-Site Gym, Physical Fitness Program, Drone/UAS Team, and get paired with agencies nearest them meeting all these tags.
Recruiting Suite: In addition to our Agency Profiles, we offer a full suite of web based tools built to help your team more easily connect, manage, and engage with potential candidates.
Custom QR Code: We create a QR code with your agency badge, to be used on all of your printed recruiting material. Directly users directly to your Agency Profile and to your Recruiting Contact Card.
Recruiting Contact Card: Potential candidates submit a digital form to your agency with their name, contact information, home city/state, interested career paths, and any specific questions.
Automated Emails: All uses who submit a Recruiting Contact Card, get a personalized automated email, confirming their details have been sent.
Contact Management System: From your agency login, you can view and manage all contacts submitted through your Recruiting Contact Form. This includes the ability to add internal notes, assign the contact to a specific staff member/recruiter for followup, rating the candidate and more.
Email Campaigns & Marketing: Our staff creates email and text message campaigns to engage with recruiting contacts who have expressed interest in your agency.
Careers Portal: Publish open careers directly to the ThinBlueLineCareers platform. Careers are automatically added to your Agency Profile and visible in the Career Search.
Announcements: Publish announcements and additional information to both your Agency Profile and to the Announcements page of the ThinBlueLineCareers portal.
Candidate Portal: In January, we will launch our Candidate Portal, which is where users who want a career in law enforcement can create a profile on our platform. This profile will be visible to agencies who have a Recruiter Pro account and all them to actively recruit specific members who they believe would be great candidates for their agency. The Candidate profile will include: name, home city/state, email, certification status, interested career paths, and quick bio.
